Hi,
Our boiler is Riley Mitsui. We are running using oil or gas to produce 300MW.
Using thermography when The unit is running on oil it shows high average temperature up to
90degC. Is it normal to have this high temperature or does the burner walls
require insulation or seals to prevent such temperature? We suspect the high temperature affects our flame scanners and also the surrounding cables.

Does it show heavy leaking of air? Any abnormalities?
