Thanks a bunch for the info. It has been of tremendous help. One thing on model size. In reality my steam needs are a little less than these worst case senario that I have given here. I only have single phase electricity at my location. Do you think that the 24KW boiler wired for single phase 220V would work for my needs?
Keeping in consideration that one vessel needs to heat from 50-180 in about an hour and the main boiling vessel will normally be accepting liquid from around 120 def F minimum to boiling in an hour.
