I know what you are saying...we got very little training from the installers, or the contractor that installed. We downloaded alot of info from the website, but miura has taken most of that off of the site. I would request installation and operation documentation on every piece of equipment that is installed. I sure wish I was closer, I would jump at the chance to help you folks to not be in the same place we were last year. Im in Missouri....
