i'm a operator at a biomass plant, load is 560,000lbs a hr. when i first started there was a air seal where the ash comes off the vbrating grates. now there is none and the boiler is puffing like a dragon. what are some of the problems not having this air seal?
well it affect the co and nox? furance pressure? any help well be great.
