Posting of a license at a facility infers that the licensee assumes some capacity for responsible charge in the safe operation of those boilers. While low pressure boilers do not rise to the same standards of regulation as their high pressure counterparts, your question would be best addressed to the NJ Office of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Compliance at 609-292-2920.
