Hello, folks.

Our hospital has two Vapor 300 HP Steam generators. they are over 30 years old and have performed well during my tour here. Lately, however, I have been getting occasional hammering at the back end of the unit, near the coil exit/drum entry area. This unit has an economizer. Any thoughts?
Also, we have an old Bailey Meter Chart Recorder from a previous era. Is there any data available for safely dismantling it? I started but it looks like ther is a lot of mercury in it.
