We installed a new Valve Type E and Pilot Type D on our condensate return line to our dearator/feed water tank. It seemed to work okay the first week. Now we cannot control the condensate return pressure. We normally would run in the 20 to 30 lb. range. We are now over 75 lbs. and cannot get it to lower without cracking open the bypass valve. We are thinking the bleedports might have become plugged. Any other ideas and thoughts on this?
