I am aware of this project. May say that the state of Pennsylvania DGS and the University Administrators are morons. I have never seen a more incompetent lot of engineers in all my life. Why would anyone in their right mind ever replace perfectly good brick set coal fired boilers with gas fired fire tube pieces of shit. Only the state of PA. They have no clue. They are so afraid of the DEP and EPA. I am ready for a new revolution to strip power from these a-holes and return it to the people. I can't stand it anymore. Home grown coal fuel vs. gas at 8 times the price. HEY...if anyone is reading this from DGS? What? Is someone going to die from burning coal in these little boilers. Morons. Reese, I feel your pain. As a taxpayer I am so pissed off I can't stand it. I am so tired of environmentalist idiots. They cost us all too much money, and they steal good paying jobs from Pennsylvanians. Like I told my wife, we could never have another industrial revolution in this country. Too many narrow minded do-gooders blocking progress.
One other thing? I tried taking this up with my state representative. There is no accountability. DGS does what they want. Bureaucrats run AMOK. Time to take up arms gentlemen.
