We are going through the same scenario, our chemical supplier wants the sulfite going into the DA and the volamine and polytreat going into the FW for each boiler.: What problems could one expect, if they used a system that injects chemicals (caustic, phosphate, sludge) into the feed water line that is supplying 3 boilers that operate at 200PSI?

: Most of the time 2 boilers are running, and the third is rotated in and out with the other two, so that at all times, at least to boilers are running. Load varies from 80 - 125Kpph.

: There is much more to this, but I am curious as to what you all think.
