I have eight 99HP cast iron Weil-McLain Series 88 boilers. Almost all of them have needed section and/or gasket replacements in less than five years of operation. Weil-McLain has not been of any help, but did very subtly make a design change in an attempt to correct the problem. So now, every time one springs a leak, I am changing ALL sections to try to recoupe the "reliability" we paid for. I'm thinking "class action" here. Anyone else with similar experience???
