I understand several univeristies have used a newer watertube design with great success. Not sure of the manufacturer. It has an offset steam and water drum. What kind of watertubes do you have now? I heard from others that this design can come up to full steam and temperature in 30 minutes? Maybe someone can help you with the manufacturer, it may be called an "S" style if that makes sense? Lo-NOx....no FGR?
