: am facing problem with flame pulsating in the Residual furnace oil fired burner ocassionally and the burner being tripped although the flame scanners is showing healthy and the windbox pressure starts hunting before this tripping happens.Following actions was taken by me but problem still persists. I have redcued the oil temperature to 110 deg C instead of 120 deg C
: at whcih we are operating to avoid the formation of vapour lock but the situation didnot improve. again changed the coupler assembly of the gun to eliminate the possibility of the atomising steam cross -over to the fuel oil path although DP was mainting constant. looking forward for some suggestions

Clean your oil gun & filters
