7.5gallons can be easy to loose. If steam you may have a trap failed allowing for loss condensation. On a hot water system a slight leak in a bleeder valve or air vent failing could allow for loss also. If you have a hot water system try some phenol coloring to look fora leak..good hunting
: : : boiler for our church/school uses 7.5 gals of make up water every day and I don't know where I'm losing it.Blow down weekly is approx. 5gals. Any advise is appreaciated.

: : Depending if steam or hot water system, 7.5gpd can easily be lost on pump seals, gaskets, valve stems and not be seen. There could be a leaky pipe or fitting hidden in a wall, ceiling etc.
