: : Can anyone provide me with a boiling out procedure for a 900psi water pipe boiler
: : thanks
: Thought this was a technical forum, anyway thank you all for the remark.
: Unfortunately my question remains open: I am still desperately in the need for a boiling out procedure for a 70 barg 120ton/hour water tube steam boiler

Have you been successful? There are some commodity products available. The end result you need is a oil free enviroment. Trisodiumphosphate or TSP while boiler is warmed is best. Add 1 lb per 50 gallon of boiler capacity. Then open skimmer valves...Totally purge claen befor placing in service, could be 24 hours or longer..
