Because the accumulator has an MAWP lower then the boiler MAWP you should have a capacity large enough to releave the total plant capacity. This may be a problem installing a valve this large with out doing modifications to the accumulator. It may make more sense to replace the current SV for one the same size and lower the set pressures of the SV's on all of the boilers to 410 psi.
