Rick is right, deaeration is about temprature not pressure, the top of our deaerater is only at 5.1 psi, and its at 289 deg. hotter then needed, "anyone wondering its reduced off a superheated line". And he's also right that you want to use a chemical scavenger to take the rest out reguardless.
