7" pipe & fittings havem't been manufactured in decades. You might find some at some hole-in-the-wall piping supplier who's been in business and the same location since the 1920's, but that's about it. If you're stuck (and you likely are...), you can go with either 8" or 6" pipe, and a couple of 8X6 butt weld reducers. Get the welder to trim the 8" end down to match the 7", or the 6" end back to 7". You might find an old pipe welder who'll know how to lay-out and cut the pipe to make his own reducers, but I don't know of anybody who's under about 80 that will know how to do it. Pressure pipe welding codes haven't allowed those kinds of field-fabricated fittings for years, so nobody learns how to do it anymore. If you do actually find some 7", I'd be interested in where you get it. (I don't need any - I'm just curious.)
