I have a 50 year old Ruth's accumulator on our plant still with original safety valve! I need to replace the valve.

The accumulator has a MAWP of 410 psi with an evaporative capacity of 9,000 lb/h. The boiler house consists of 4 boilers with a combined evaporative capacity of 150,000lb/h. All the boilers have a MAWP of 450 psi. All excess steam supplied by the boilers and not used by the plant is stored in the accumulator.

Can anyone assist me with a formula or calculation to determine the discharge capacity (lb/h)of the accumulator safety valve suitable for my situation?
