We have a 600 hp and a 350 hp CB, we have the Miller and Chitty, the factory reps do our maint. they swing them open and tie a rope on the doors to hold them open, the door swings on an arm that supports it. We do this once a year. The older boiler was built in 1964 and so far no problems. Bill
