Does any one know the law or codes for use of a school building while the boiler is on. Is a black seal required at all times or just during school functions. I run the local B&G club and use the school gyms at night, and on the weekends we are now being told that we will have to pay a custodian to be on staff at all times. Unfortuanetly as a non-profit organization the only way to get these funds is to charge the children??
