I have a one pipe steam heating system. I wonder how much aproximately would cost me to convert from steam to hot water. I found an article that said $3/ft2. Now I am not sure how to calculate this (all the floors including the basement and the attic)? I have a 2 family house with basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor and attic. All have the same size 30 feet wide, 60 feet long.Any input greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
