Using a Tankless coil for baseboard heating

I have an oil-fired Burnham V-33 steam boiler. When I renovated the 1st level, I had to convert from steam radiators to hot water baseboards. My oil service company installed a 5-GPM tankless coil.

The boiler is in excellent shape and I would like to convert the upstairs steam radiators to hot water baseboards, however, I don't know if the tankless coil has enough capacity to heat the upstairs as well. The total feet of baseboard upstairs would be about 40 feet. The downstairs has about 55 feet of baseboards.

How can I find out if the coil can handle the additional baseboards? Thanks -- Rich
