Your info. won't display, could you send it again?
: We recently put an 80,000 lb. per hr. Nebraska Water Tube on line, it has FGR on Natural Gas with a 200hp F.D. variable frequency fan & am wondering what experiences people have when operating. It works excellent but at higher loads around 50% or better the inlet air duct & breeching start to rumble. I am assuming that this is normal being we are recirculating air that could have unburned fuels causing small secondary explosions. There are a few operator worries about the new noises & any comments would be great, thanks.
