: At work we have a scott marine boiler, which alway trip off line on hi fire. What could the problem be? a to high steam load or what, please help.

When you say "trip off line on hi fire" what is tripping or causing the burner to shutdown? Knowing this will help to narrow down the culprit.

To hi a load will usually cause the boiler to run continuously unless you have surging problems and shuting down on nusiance lo water conditions.

If you could be more specific as to the sequence of operation,IE: shutdown then restart, lockout, manual reset needed, etc.
