For mamintenance manual on Trianco Heatmaker Mark II check the home site. http://heatmaker.com/

Had a problem with domestic hot water which turned out to be caused by a stuck open and corroded check valve. Hard water was the true source of the problem. Cleaned the valve and the low limit switch now works as designed. Also put Hercules boiler compound in the boiler to correct the water problem. This will prevent furthur corrosion of the boiler and it's components. Check the manual; it is really good and has an excellent troubleshooting flow chart. Yoy can download it from the internet.
