For every pound of steam generated you will get a pound of condensate. Then you must know how much is actually returned vs. dumped down a drain, the pressure of the steam and the return system, and if it is pumped or not.
One piece of advice that even the Sarco calculations do not account for: the effect of failed steam traps blowing live steam into the condensate system.
