Your best bet is to go back to the boiler manufacturer (OEM). In my experiences I have seen problems arise from conversion to natural gas from higher corrosion rates (moisture generated in gas combustion combining with SO3 in the boilers back end from burner #6 oil) to overheating superheaters due to the higher exit gas temperature seen when firing gas. The boiler manufacturer should look beyond just the burner you desire and include impacts on the entire boiler system. Can be money well spent.
