If the pressure is high enough, and the technical/economic conditions are right, you could generate electricity through a steam turbine, or run two stage absorbers for chilled water. If it's low pressure, you could run single stage absorbers.

Any operations nearby that would consider buying this steam from you? If the potential heat load is some distance away, you could use LP steam to feed steam to water heat exchangers, and pump hot water to the customer. (Hot water can effectively be pumped for a number of miles.)
