I agree with Tom, but I would like to add more.
First cycling eats at the life of your motors. Secondly as Tom was stateing it throughs money up the stack. If this is a summer thing you might want to consider a smaller boiler for this type of load. I would approuch this on your capital buget. In the long run it will pay for itself and you wil have the reliability it will afford you.
Also if you can find one that can suppliment at your mid range loads and get a low NOX burner package you will help yourself on your emissions and efficiency.
