I manage an apartment building and I wish to find out a few things.

1. What is the best type or make of a pressure relief valve.?

2. Is it ok to add water if necessary while the system is in operation or should the heaters and the pumps be turned off.

3. What should the pressure be when all heaters are on and the temp is maxed out at 180 degrees

4. What is the best product to prevent blockages such as that black crap that bungs everything up.

This heating system is working fine, I just want to see what the experts say. The thing I am most interested in the correct pressure.

Thanks
