You will need pipe =], unions so you would be able to take the PRV out of service. Some stop valves for isolating. (ball valves for quick opening) A method of piping a bypass in case the PRV is out of service. Also a relief valve after the pressure reduction, in case the PRV fails. This would also relate to the bypass.
