My steam boiler has a 1979 tag on it. I anticipate needing to replace the boiler soon. I have a natural gas unit and I would rather compare some units before we buy. I imagine the installer will suggest the model or make they are comfortable with but it may not be the most efficient. Where can I start looking for good efficient steam boiler for a 4 story 8 unit (300 BTU/HR output 375 BTH/HR input H.B. Smith currently approx. 80%)
