I ran the numbers on a program I have called the "Crane Companion". It's an older version, but it's based on the old but excellent "Crane Technical Paper No. 410 - Flow of Fluids". I used 150 feet (equivalent) of sch 40 pipe at sonic velocity (choke flow) and got 24,500 lbs per hour.

When dealing with flow of compressible fluids, you can neglect any elevation change.

You really need the other pressure gauge to get an accurate number.
