Hot water loop from my steam boiler

I want to run a hot water baseboard loop on it's own thermostat to a third floor office. I have a Weil Mclain oil fired steam boiler and was told that I could add a device that attaches to my furnace and taps steam to heat a closed loop water system. I imagine that I then get a pump controled by a thermostat and I'm on my way. Can anyone shed some light on this idea? Thanks
