What lubricant to use for the booster?

I realize that I need to lubricate it, bothe at the bearing and the motor, and on the motor it says 1/8 oz. and 1/4 oz. respectfully, but I don't know what kind of lubricant to use. Is it WD40, automobile lube or what? Any advice would be appreciated.
