Return tank leaking and need a new tank

PROBLEM #1...What would caused a 1 year old tank to develop 15 to 20 pin holes? Have a 60hp vertical boiler in a Dry Cleaners plant.
PROBLEM #2... I have high temp condensate return water and have consant turbine pump feeding problems.
We must replace this tank.Is there a tank designed to solve this problem?
