Sch 40 steel pipe and 125# cast iron, or 150# malleable iron fittings are fine for any pressure/temperature you'll encounter in a residential steam system.
Remember you need to slope the lines and your rad slightly so condensate drains properly. Is your system one-pipe or two-pipe? One-pipe heating systems in particular are very sensitive to the slope of the line, since the condensate must run back under the steam heading for the rad in the same pipe.
