Paul...only three cities in pa. require licenses for boiler operator/stationary engineers....Erie, Pittsburg,Philadelphia......there are varying Qualifications....age(21)..experience(time around boilers or steam driven equipment).and capacity of boilers or equipment worked on...such as horse power,heating surface, or pressure.....contact the licensing offices in these cities for complete information
