I own a house constructed in 1905. The heating system is a one pipe steam radiator system. The system works very well. At the present time I am converting a 5'x 15' dormer (mudroom & pantry) into a second bathroom. Because of the size of the bathroom and the location of the fixtures, installing a new or used radiator is not my favorite option. Are one pipe steam base boards available, recommended, and practical? The room is 5'x 12'x 9.5', the available baseboard area on the outside wall is limited to 48".
