An adjustment in the fuel/air mixture, dirty fins on squirrel cage and or missing weight on squirrel cage can cause excessive vibration. I had the same problem. After cleaning fins and adjusting the fuel/air mixture, I still had the vibration. The final problem was a missing balancing weight on the squirrel cage. Replaced the cage, adjusted mixture and the vibration went away........
