Last winter my boiler was leaking. How do I know? puddles on the floor, having to replenish water 3 times a day, steam coming out of the top, hissing sound from the burner area, rust along the edges. All the experts told me it had to be replaced. Guess what? this year it works OK (true-- it hasn't been that cold yet). No, no puddles, little replenishment, a little steam from the top> What to do?
