Ziab, You have a serious problem. The usual increase in TDS from a "zeolite" bed (assuming cation resin in the sodium form) would be less than 10 mS/cm. The levels you are describing point towards inadequate rinse of the regenerate. Do you see a change in the chloride levels too? What are the chloride level before and after the unit. Is the unit you are describing a water softener, dealkalizer or DI? The term zeolite is very generic and does not accurately describe what the purpose of this equipment is to your process. More info would be beneficial. No matter what, the equipment is not bieng properly cycled. Recommend extending the rinse time until the tds drops to within 10% of the influent.
