You might also try Spirax Sarco. They do a sparge steam package (although your required duty may be outside their range).
: Babcock & Wilcox builds a lower drum heating coil to keep stand by boilers warm. You can find your local rep at their website I believe it is WWW.Babcock.com. They should have representatives in every major country.
