Start with the Chief Boiler Inspector for the state...if you don't know who it is, get it off the N.B. web site under "jurisdictions"

Link off to Licensing Division and you will see no listing for Boiler Licenses, but one for welders. If you need a license to meet employers requirement, get it from Texas like others do. Some here in Louisiana have done so in order to work a job in La that requires a lic even tho State doesn't require it.
