I take it you're trying to obtain enthalpy with a pressure and temperature
or just and pressure (assuming saturated steam) input?
I've used a program written by V. Ganapathy in his book titled
"Basic Programs for Steam Plant Engineers" ISBN 0-8247-7489-2.
He has a adaptation of the ASME 1967 fromulas for steam properties.
I've recently see an article in the one of the trade magazines from Mr.
Ganapathy on these formulas, as well, but I unfortunately can't
recall which one it was, may have been Chemical Engineering.

It looks like the new edition of the book I have is titled
Steam Plant Calculations Manual. You may also try adapting the ASME
1967 equations yourself, but they're extremely complicated.
