I suppose you calculated your head loss to be 30 feet because you either:
added up the total feet of tubing
or
added the height of the building to the loop length.

It's unlikely that a primary loop to move 100,000 btuh or 5 gpm of 1 inch would be long enough to require 30 feet of head. Recalculate.
As the Grundfos is a 3-speed, it won't make much
difference, as it can be set at low speed to handle the low head required.

Otherwise, you've given the 'apple' of what Triangle Tube has told you to do, but you haven't given the 'orange' of what other layout you propose to use. The safest way to get good operation without whining noises, and keep the warrantees on the equipment, is to follow the manufacturer design 'to the letter.'
