Boiler sizing help

I am considering converting my steam boiler from gas to oil. The label on my boiler indicates that it has a gross output of 173,000 BTU and 541 sq ft of steam.
My home is only 1400 sq ft located in upstate NY. Although not super insulated a 173 BTU boiler seems quite high.

Calculating my radiator sizing I need 360.6 sq ft of steam @ 240 sq ft =86,500 BTU

Looking on the W-M website I see the following...
If I understand all the ratings correctly to replace my boiler size would require a W-M EG 55 (200MBH input, 167 DOE and 125 EBR)

The available sizes from W-M are
EG 35 = 62 MBH IBR (Smaller than my radiator capacity)
EG 40 = 78 MBH IBR
EG 45 = 94 MBH IBR
EG 50 =109 MBH IBR
EG 55 = 125 MBH IBR (closest to my currently installed model)

Can anyone recommend which model (size) boiler I should purchase?
Thanks in advance!
