Aha, I was a little slow on the uptake. Seems that the internal part of the Ultra 310 that exchanges the combustion gas heat to the glycol inside has failed on more than one unit, not due to freezing.
Not sure what asking others has to do with that instead of getting together with Weil engineers to come to a solution, other than to be litigious in gathering evidence from hearsay.
