I am a novice when it comes to boilers. Usually the gas would turn on and heat the water and the pump would pump the water around the house. When the water was hot enough the gas would go off and the pump would continue to run. Now however, the gas will not turn off unless the pump goes off. This leads to soaring temperatures. I can not touch the pipes and the thermostat is past 260. Please help
