I received an estimate to combine two separate boiler and hot water units that were in back-to-back boiler rooms in what was once separate apartments but have been combined. The contractor is suggesting a Buderus G234 boiler and ST-300 combination.
Any thoughts on the set-up and what a ballpark cost one might expect to accomplish the install?
